Applicant agrees to the terms of the “Application Deposit Agreement.” Applicant has placed a deposit (in the amount stated on front page)in consideration for taking the dwelling off the market while considering approval of this application. If applicant is approved by Management and lease is entered into, the application deposit shall be credited & held as as the required security deposit. If applicant is approved but fails to enter into lease agreement within three (3) business days of approval, the applicant’s deposit shall be forfeited to Management.The application deposit will be refunded only if applicant is not approved.
